Regarding
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_graphics_processing_units#Gen7
my machine's Celeron G18xx is Gen7, so IIUC affected by this issue.

$ hwinfo --gfx | grep 4th.Gen | head -1; hwinfo --cpu | grep  G18.. | head -1
  Model: "Intel Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller"
  Model: 6.60.3 "Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G1840 @ 2.80GHz"
