[arch-general] Configure default bluetooth profile in PulseAudio?

In your pulse configuration file (normally called 'default.pa', look up for
the 'load-module module-card-restore', uncomment it if it's commented, add
a blank space and include 'restore_bluetooth_profile=true'.
