it's just causing drama / sensation.

I'm highly skeptical of any "discussion" on 4chan are being made in good 
faith, but making personal allegations is crossing the line. It's simply 
not acceptable on this mailing lists. So you are now moderated, as I 
have good faith in the rest of the list knows how to hold a civil 
discussion.

The point is entirely moot, there is no contract between an Arch Linux 
packager and the user. What someone puts his time into is none of your 
business.

That's a very optimistic view and for new users Fedora might be a better 
fit.
