[arch-general] Grub installiert issue [SOLVED]

So I ended up removing the kernel, grub and efibootmgr from a chroot,
reformatted the EFI partion and re-instlled everything. Thi time grub-
install and grub-mkconfig worked without any complaints and system is
booting.
