There's no easy way to replace the PGP backend implementation in
thunderbird at the moment. The ticket is still Open [1] in bugzilla and
hopefully there's a config option added - then we can package the
octopus librnp.

That's the reason this is not packaged yet. Also I agree with Lone_wolf
this doesn't seem like it's Arch Linux related as we don't have a
'universe' repo.
