[arch-mirrors] Scheduled downtime for arch-mirror.wtako.net

The downtime is scheduled from 2/9 to approx. 2/19 due to a family trip. 

Since it's a home server and nobody will be home for more than a week, I don't want to risk house burndown because of potential faulty power supply or computer components.
