[arch-mirrors] VM images now available on the tier0 mirror

Hi All,

Arch Linux has started building VM images [1] which will be made 
available on the `images` directory next to the `iso` directory on our 
tier0 mirror. The `images` directory will keep 3 months of VM images 
which should be around ~ 5 GB in size.
