Yes, it is. Works in i686, crashes in x86_64

I put
export CFLAGS=-march=i686
in the build function of the wine PKGBUILD but this results in the 
following config error:

configure:3236: gcc -march=i686  -Wl,--hash-style=gnu -Wl,--as-needed 
conftest.c  >&5
conftest.c:1:0: error: CPU you selected does not support x86-64 
instruction set
