[arch-multilib] Addition of jack2-multilib and multilib push perms

I'm curious:

There's also jack2-dbus; I use it.  I have no need to have it 32-bit, 
but maybe someone would look for jack2-dbus-multilib?  (Or does 32 vs. 
64 not matter for that, or etc.)
