[arch-ports] Arch64

I think we definately want to follow arch32. We aern't making a new
distro here. Eventually the packages want to be included into the 64
bit tree in ArchLinux. Once some dev has a 64bit machine it will
probably go more mainstream, I hope. Until then, I'd say our primary
goal is to get it working for us. AFAIK, Seshu is the only one
successfully running Arch64, but he's a bit of a genius that just
kinds of fixes things as theey come up.
