[arch-ports] [arch64] kernel 2.6.15 and mkinitrd going to current

if you haven't already used the testing kernels you can soon update the
kernel from current repo. just follow the instructions from our 32bit
archlinux mother for creating and customizing the initrd.

udev will be next. but some dependencies still need to be resolved.
