[arch-ports] Arch64 installation and xfce4 icons

When I'm right the file is beeing created while installit the gtk2 package.

So try to pacman -Sy gtk2 again and watch the output. On my system the
file has a timestamp from my last update gtk2 2.8.11 -> 2.8.12.
