[arch-ports] Solution for 32bit/multilib-problem

Hi there,

I think it's a great idea. There is a few 'blockbuster' programs that
keeps me from running arch64 full time (Java and flash plugin and
Skype). I find this solution much cleaner than having to maintain an
complete 32-bit arch linux for chroot.
