There is no community repo for Arch64 yet. The db is just an empty file.

That repo is just a temporary place to keep the packages that have been
ported up to this date. It's mainly there to make these packages avaliable
to users.

Use the regular community PKGBUILD from ABS. I would say most of the stuff
will compile without modifying the PKGBUILD. If a PKGBUILD must be
modified, the changes will be merged in the Arch32 PKGBUILD like it is
done for the current/extra PKGBUILD.
