[arch-projects] New ensmer development release

In case anybody's interested, I've released a new development version
of Ensmer. It doesn't include any screenshots, since it looks pretty
much the same as before, but there's quite a few internal changes.

Another note, this release uses the build.groovy format I described
earlier, and also uses groovy unit tests. The way that I did this may
be kind of interesting to Java developers, as it is a lot cleaner than
any other groovy build/test mechanism I have been able to find on the
web. It is also cleaner than an ant build mechanism.
I'm not absolutely certain where I want to take Ensmer right now. I
think I'll probably start making some modifications to EnsmerMail
next, since the stable release won't work at all with the development
release of the core. I may focus on EnsmerMail for a while to make it
genuinely useable...
