We need to make a distinction between the "OFFICIAL install guide" and
the "UNOFFICIAL beginner's guide". That should clear this up. Add a
blurb that says that this document is community maintained...

We also have two timezone related issues. So the guides plus the
timezones... Seems like a valid reason to put out a new RC to me.
