[arch-releng] Dep cycles in core and 2009.01

Hello all,
Just a "heads up" - I am currently rebuilding packages due to some
dependency cycles in core that caused install scriptlets to fail when
installing a new system.

Later today I want to push out a beta3 ISO containing the fixed
packages (for the core images), and a new installer, in addition to a
minor usbdelay related fix.

Now... I will be leaving for the weekend on a little vacation Friday
night. What I'd like, when I push this out, is for people to "signoff"
on this.

In order to signoff, please list:
* The full name of the image used
* Real hardware, or virtual machine
* Bootloader used
* FS types used (useful for ext4 or esoteric filesystems)
* Other setup tweaks (encryption, lvm, etc)
* Success / Failure
* Related bug report links

We will not be completely able to fix 100% of bugs, so we need a "good
enough for most people" rating, right now. If all goes as planned, the
same beta3 images will be used for release.

If we run into too many issues, we may need to make this a 2009.02 release :(
