[arch-releng] Dep cycles in core and 2009.01

Whenever it goes out I'll try it and reply with the results (though I think
it will have to be about 5 PM UTC, anyway I'll reply as soon as I can).

Everything will be ok! There's no room for a 2009.02 ;)
