[arch-releng] Dep cycles in core and 2009.01

My test is finished too.
* archlinux-2009.01-beta3-core-i686-isolinux.iso
* Real hardware.
* Grub.
* ext4 for / and /home reiser for /var
* None
* Success
* No critical bugs.
