[arch-releng] Dep cycles in core and 2009.01

Forgot to mention that the mirror I used was not ftp.archlinux.org (to take
care of bandwith). It was www.mirrorservice.org at the Kent University as it
is fast enough, so I may have not used the lastest texinfo and bash
packages.
