[arch-releng] too many different ways to install grub.

I didn't even know it existed. Every time I move an installation (which 
happened a lot recently due to broken and new hard drives) I used the 
grub shell (I think most of the time I used the grub shell from a Live 
CD, without even booting Linux) which always worked well. Bottom line - 
drop install-grub, stick with grub shell and/or what grub devs deliver.
