Hey Keith,

although Chris has entirely different hardware, there is one message in
common:

phy0: Failed to initialize wep: -2

I don't know what it means and have not seen it before. And it seems to
be specific to the live CD, I know many people who have working iwlagn
or rt2500pci. I will see if I can find out what the error means.
