[aur-dev] AUR 2.2.0 released

Changes since 2.1.0:

* Email address validation during registration.
* Track last login IP address in the user database.
* Add a table that allows for banning IP addresses.
* Use minified typeahead JS from archweb (fixes several typeahead bugs).
