Are you saying that the Arabic translation needs to be fixed or that
there are strings that cannot be translated as-is? In the latter case,
could you please elaborate (I don't know anything about the Arabic
language)?

Yeah, good catch, we should use _n() here.

Note that we had support for RTL languages a while ago, see 3d6c6cc
(Support for langauges written right-to-left, 2011-02-15). It was
probably disregarded when we switched to the archweb design. If you want
to implement this, having a look at the previous implementation might be
helpful.
