So the ncurses move has happened.  But rebuilds are probably not so 
necessary.....  Why?  Well, many binary blobs like the libncurses.so.5 
library so it got put back in the package.  Any newly built packages 
will still link to the wide character version of the library so rebuilds 
may help with UTF8 bugs but should only be needed on a case by case basis.
