[aur-general] AUR cleanup package list

I see a lot of CVS/SVN/etc packages on there with notes along the
lines of "Hasn't been updated since ..." Unless the project has
SWITCHED source revision control systems (CVS to SVN) or the
repository is completely and forever gone, there is no reason to
remove CVS/SVN/etc packages. As mentioned a billion times before, even
if the PKGBUILD does not work, it's (usually) a better starting point
for another user to fix it than starting from scratch.
