This decision has nothing to do with voting or pkgstats or anything.
How does this get so twisted? The TUs voted, it passed. Over and done
with. Why are we talking about something totally unrelated and trying
to make it related?

Please please please for the sake of our sanity - just stop. This is
unrelated. We're trying to get the community repo moved over to the
official db-scripts and get the TUs shell accounts. We're not trying
to do anything with the voting mechnism just yet - we shut off the
update script and everything stays the same way it is: stagnating.  I
really don't like the "it's broken so don't change anything" attitude.
This is about packages and TUs. Not about votes - I have no idea why
we're talking about this.
