They weren't there before.  I was going to mess around with it, but then I
saw that they only had .debs posted on their sourceforge page, I winced and
thought about how much I hate working with .debs when not on a Debian
system.

Maybe PyroPeter sent the developer an email requesting the tarballs get
posted to the SF page?
