[aur-general] tapenade in aur

Dear AUR maintainers,

Please remove the package "tapenade" from AUR
(http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=43412). 
I submitted it about a year ago when it was free to use but 
it seems it is no longer in the public domain
(at least from http://www-sop.inria.fr/tropics/tapenade/downloading.html
it seems that it is free to download but not directly - you have to fill in
a questionaire and then get access to the binaries for academic use)
