[aur-general] optional dependencies that require explicit installation

That's the way it's done. You have those optdeps as makedeps so you
can finish building the package. These deps will be installed as deps,
so a -Qdt would show them as orphans. There is --rmdeps that takes
care of this; makepkg -sr.
