[aur-general] Deletion request: ocaml-with-complibs

Hi TUs,

Could you delete `ocaml-with-complibs` [1]? It was created while
waiting for the feature to be integrated in [extra], which tpowa has
just done [2].

Two AUR packages depend on [1] ("ocaml-lwt" [3] and "ocaml-utop" [4]),
but I've already warned the maintainers.
