[aur-general] Deletion request: ocaml-with-complibs

I've removed the dependency from ocaml-utop. The maintainer of
ocaml-lwt has done the same.

So, ocaml-with-complibs is no longer a dependency for any other
packages in the AUR and can be safely deleted when you get a chance.
