[aur-general] Bash scripts in tarball

Hi,

I posted an alternative PKGBUILD where the script is hosted elsewhere
in the comments for the package.
Hopefully this should resolve the issue.

And yes, packages in AUR doesn't _have to_ follow the guidelines, but
if they don't, they can be deleted at any time.
Here it's up to us to use good judgement to find the sweet spot on the
scale from "fascistic deletion" to "hippie leniency".
