[aur-general] rEFInd - Rename AUR packages

Hi,
    Please move comments/votes/notify list of refind-x86_64 [1] to
refind-efi-x86_64 [2] (package renamed for better clarity). Please do
the same for refind-x86_64-git [3] to refind-efi-x86_64-git [4] .
