I merged asciiinvaders into ascii-invaders. The asciiinvaders
maintainer didn't respond at all. Also it was a newer dupplicate
(asciiinvaders is from 2011 and ascii-invaders is from 2007).
BTW: Someone already took over ascii-invaders.
