[aur-general] Disown qtck2launcher-git

Hello,

Can you please disown qtck2launcher-git [1]. The maintainer has not
updated the package in AUR nor upstream. They also have not responded
to comment for roughly the last 8 months. Email was unpublished in
original PKGBUILD.
