[aur-general] Icons pack naming guidelines

Well, I found only almost 100 packages with $name-icon-theme.
I think it would be safe to modify/create a rule so that the new
packages need to be: icon-theme-$name(-$de)
As soon as we finish the discussion I can contact every maintainer and
point he/she to this conversation and to the new guidelines, it's a
matter of a couple of minutes to change name and re-upload the
package.
