[aur-general] Multiple removal requests

Since the lha webpage is down for all versions released after year
2000 and version 1.14i, lha will be moved from [extra] to AUR as well
(by barthalion).

No available source code from upstream newer than 13 years ago.

The Gentoo ebuild for lha indicates that the sources works fine for
both 32-bit and 64-bit, so no need for the bin32-lha package.

1.14 is up, though, so if someone wishes to fix lha once it has been
moved to AUR, to compile for both i686 and x86_64, that should be
doable.
