1. AUR web interface should now be used for removal and orphaning requests
   (see "File Request" in "Package Actions" panel on the package's page).

2. "Out of date" doesn't seem like a sufficient reason for deletion.
   When filing a request the proper way, please, elaborate a bit.

From your comment on the package's page I can see that the 'kla' project
is obsoleted by 'takla'. If this is correct, make sure to include this
reasoning in your request.
