[aur-general] [mcabber-module-*] Removal request

Here's the laundry list of mcabber-modules that can be removed from the
AUR for reasons given below. The thread here[1] is the one that started
this all and I'm marking it here so the history is linked.

[2] activity-hg: functionality is present in pep-hg and the repo no
longer exists
[3] beep-git: functionality is already present in upstream and another
package is unnecessary
[4] fifo-git: functionality merged into upstream
[5] geoloc-hg: functionality is present in pep-hg and the repo no longer
exists
[6] help-git: repo no longer exists
[7] ibb-git: superseded by jingle-git and the repo no longer exists
[8] mood-hg: functionality is present in pep-hg and the repo no longer
exists
[9] notifymsg-git: repo no longer exists
[10]: sourcedir-git: repo no longer exists
[11]: tune-hg: functionality is present in pep-hg and the repo no longer
exists

I've started working on the packages whose repos do still exist and will
get updated PKGBUILDs out over the next few days.
