[aur-general] Disownment Request: pam_ssh

I'd like to request the disownment of the package pam_ssh

with the intention of taking over its maintainership.

Current maintainer did not respond to Flag-out-of-date, comment and email
(quote below), more than two months ago.

I've updated the PKGBUILD for pam_ssh-2.0.
I've dropped the patches, since they have been included upstream (I checked).
