[aur-general] Doubts about Java {,bindings} packages

For opencv, it has been an idle TODO for a very long while because of
my downtime. [1] Now that opencv 3.x is out, I will attend to this
again. It is really trivial, so you can do it yourself for the time
being (and upload to AUR if you like) if you really need it.
