...if it comes to that, I had to cook up a little script for a project
that extracted files from a shared tree of scripts and create separate
repos for them, bringing along the initial commit and all history.
Might come in useful for someone, I'll probably use it when i convert
my few AUR packages over since I use a shared repo for all of them
right now.
