[aur-general] Perl Upgrades!!

It is that time of year again folks. The wonderful group of developers 
that make up the Perl Community have released a new version for the 
consumption of the masses. Be sure to check out your packages that they 
build and make any updates as needed. As far as I can tell no core 
modules have been added/removed so, that'll make things easier.. have a
