   As an outside observer of this thread, it seems like the time for 
discussion is over. This talk appears to center largely about opinions 
on civil litigation.

   So, my suggestion to whoever thinks they have legal recourse, stop 
talking and start acting; hire an attorney and seek resolution.

   Your legal team can provide the appropriate advise and merits, costs 
and likelihood of different outcomes.
