I submitted patch to upstream to resolve one more issue with building.
After that I would like to include ipfs.service, add migration note and bump the package version to 0.4.0, of course if is OK with you. I will e-mail you a git patch with those things if you have nothing against it.

Sorry that I made an orphan request before contacting with you directly.
