Request #12398 has been rejected by Eschwartz [1]:

It's invalid to request a package be deleted "because it doesn't
compile" without performing at least *some* degree of communication
with the *active* maintainer who only relatively recently uploaded
this package in the first place.

Moreover since you provided *no* explanation regarding why or how it
doesn't build.
