[aur-requests] [PRQ#15137] Merge Request for toggldesktop-latest-bin

ekkelett [1] filed a request to merge toggldesktop-latest-bin [2] into
toggldesktop-bin [3]:

Considering it's the same maintainer too, shouldn't this be merged
with the toggldesktop-bin (which presumedly is out of date), or
clarified in some more clarity why "latest" is not the default?
