[aur-requests] [PRQ#15137] Merge Request for toggldesktop-latest-bin

toggldesktop-latest-bin exists because
"https://toggl.com/api/v8/installer?app=td&platform=deb64&channel=beta"
Doesn't resolve to the latest beta, which is why there is 3 separate versions.
