[aur-requests] [PRQ#16538] Orphan Request for mp3tag

Sorry, one other item I forgot: I'm dubious of the claim that mp3tag needs samba and lib32-gnutls as dependencies. It works fine for me without them. If you can show me some use-case where they are indeed required then I'm happy to add them.
